WHAT IS MILKY CHEESE ENSAYMADA?
Milky Cheese Ensaymada is a Filipino soft, sweet pastry filled with cheese and covered with buttercream then topped with powdered milk.
It was adapted from the Spanish Ensaïmada but has evolved throughout the years to become what it is now that is loved by many Filipinos. My hometown Bulacan in the Philippines is famous for this bread.
